Our people are Beelosophy's greatest asset. Coming from diverse scientific and professional backgrounds, we share a common vision: to build bridges between nature, culture and communities, inspired by the world of Bees.
Our team brings together scientists and professionals from a wide range of disciplines, including environmental sciences, cultural heritage, archaeology, agriculture, education, architecture and creative design.
Beelosophy operates according to the principles of transparency, collaboration and responsible governance. The organisation is governed and strategically directed by its members, in accordance with its Statute, mission and objectives.
Our team includes Ambassadors and Advisors, who contribute their knowledge, experience and expertise in support of Beelosophy's mission and values. Ambassadors promote the organisation's vision and help raise awareness of the importance of Bees for nature and society, while Advisors provide specialised guidance in the design and implementation of our initiatives.
The planning and implementation of our projects are based on collaboration among Ambassadors, Advisors, scientists, partners and local communities, ensuring that decisions are evidence-based and generate meaningful environmental, social and cultural impact.
Depending on the needs of each project, our team is further strengthened by professionals, collaborators and volunteers, while local communities play an active role as valuable partners in many of our initiatives.
