Haute Patisserie

He worked as a pastry chef on Greek islands (Skiathos, Zakynthos, Mykonos), at Thessalikon Grand Hotel (pastry shop & Café Vienna, Karditsa) and at Caffe I Frati (Kifissia), where the growing demand for his takeaway creations led to the creation of shop- in-shop Evaggelos Chasiotis Haute Patisserie by Caffe I Frati. In 2017 he won the "Pastry Chef of the Year" award (estiatoria.gr). In 2018, at the 1st World Congress of Greek Gastronomy, he received the "Greek Taste Beyond Borders" award and was named the Pastry Chef of the year.
