BAR-MAKING WORKSHOP

On Tuesday, September 12, 2023, we finalised the recipes for the cultural bars we are creating together with Evangelos Hassiotis, Chef of the SWEETEN YOUR HERITAGE initiative. The star ingredient of the two desserts we prepared (oat & granola bars) is Melekouni, as our goal is to highlight and preserve its value.
The main ingredients in the bars are sesame, orange, raw honey, almonds, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
We hope that this initiative will allow us to send a strong message about our environment and culture and provide hope for the future.
