Georgios Mestousis is originally from Chios and based in Athens. He is active throughout Greece, Europe, Africa and the United States of America.

After his studies, he attended seminars on specialised photography and techniques of directing in the United Kingdom, Italy and the United States of America.

Internationally renowned Greeks, as well as foreign personalities, have commissioned him their portraits. He has collaborated with many fashion magazines, in both Greece and abroad, such as ELLE Greece, Marie Claire Greece, MAX etc. He has contributed to the design, organisation and photographic coverage of a significant number of fashion and jewelery publications and catalogues. Major companies have entrusted their advertising to his photographic genius: VODAFONE, Harley-Davidson, Nike, Puma, Carrera Eyewear, VERSACE 19.69, Kendall + Kylie and many others. He has taken part in many individual and group exhibitions, such as Mad About Arts by Campari, Children that have AIDS virus in South Africa etc. Since 2017 he has been working with the Numismatic Museum, Hellenic Ministry of Culture, as a specialist photographer for coins, medals, precious stones, symbols, dies, lead seals, jewelry, and coin treasures. His shots adorn the material of exhibitions and their accompanying catalogs.
