FAIRY TALE COMPETITION

The competition

As part of the project "CYCLADES' WAY OF BEE-ING", implemented by BEELOSOPHY and the Environmental Education Centre (ΚΕΠΕΑ) of Syros Hermoupolis, students from kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in the Cyclades are invited to become young writers and create their own story about bees and pollinators! 

The aim of the competition "Once Upon a Time There Was a Bee" is to help students understand the importance of pollinators through the joy of creativity and imagination.

Competition period: Oct. 2025 - Jan. 2026
Submissions: Environmental Education Centre of Syros Hermoupolis

The Great Protectors of the Bees

We warmly thank all the schools! All stories will be awarded the title of "Great Protector of the Bees."

The following schools won awards:

  • 2nd Kindergarten of Tinos

  • Private Kindergarten "Agios Georgios"

  • Primary School of Iraklia

  • 3rd Primary School of Ermoupolis (1st Grade)

  • 2nd Primary School of Paroikia (6th Grade)
