SWEETEN YOUR HERITAGE

The proposed initiative – SWEETEN YOUR HERITAGE, which refers to Melekouni of Rhodes, an element inscribed in the National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Greece, has been approved by the Hellenic Ministry of Culture.

More specifically, in the referred-to decision, the Minister of Culture notes that the project entitled SWEETEN YOUR HERITAGE proposed by BEELOSOPHY:
a) contributes to the study, promotion, and safeguarding of the element of intangible cultural heritage known as Melekouni, and
b) provides for the active participation of the community of bearers, cultural associations, and local authorities.

The initiative is implemented under the auspices and with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture.
