CULTURAL TOUR WITH MELEKOUNI

Tonight (Tuesday, September 5, 2023), we created the first version of the original bar recipes we will be developing, with Melekouni as the star ingredient!

The BEELOSOPHY team, together with Evangelos Hassiotis, Chef of the SWEETEN YOUR HERITAGE initiative*, experimented, shared stories, and explored flavours with centuries of tradition. We experienced an authentic moment where culture and gastronomy met and came alive before us.

At the same time, we proposed ideas for the packaging and presentation of the sweets, as well as alternative names for them.

We now have a deeper understanding of the value of Melekouni.
