Bee Friends

We identify and recognise initiatives that combine the protection and promotion of the importance of Bees with education, research, local engagement, and sustainable development. The inclusion of elements of culture, innovation, outstanding aesthetics or beauty, and the creation of a strong social impact at a supra-local level is desirable.

Award recipients (organisations, institutions, individuals) are granted the title Bee Friend. Bee Friends receive media coverage and exposure through a wide network of organisations.
