Child Protection Policy

At Beelosophy, we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children participating in our activities. Our policy establishes clear principles, procedures, and responsibilities to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Main objectives:

  • Prevention of all forms of abuse or neglect

  • Immediate recognition and reporting of incidents

  • Respect for children's rights, without discrimination

  • Promotion of active and safe participation of children

Application:

  • In-person programmes at schools, NGOs, and communities

  • Activities involving indirect contact, such as photos, personal data, or remote workshops

Key points:

  • A Child Protection Officer is assigned to each activity

  • Transparent reporting procedures, including the option for anonymous submissions

  • Training and supervision of staff and volunteers

  • Protection of personal data, voluntary participation, and confidentiality

  • Participation and access for all children, without exclusion

Beelosophy works closely with schools and organisations to ensure proper implementation of child protection measures. After each activity, we evaluate and review the policy to keep it current and effective.
